- チケットに関する重要なお知らせ

入園料込み：自然文化園の入園料が含まれます。入園口でチケットをご提示ください。
キャンセル・払い戻し：購入後の変更・キャンセルはできません。大会中止の場合を除き、いかなる理由でも払い戻しはいたしません（開演後の途中中止も払い戻し不可）。
紛失注意：チケットは金券同様のため、紛失・盗難等による再発行は一切できません（再入場の際もチケット半券が必要です）。
座席について：座席位置の指定・選択はできません。
未就学児：大人1名につき1名まで膝上無料（席が必要な場合は要チケット）。※安全のため3歳以下のお子様の単独着席はご遠慮ください。
当日券：前売券が完売した場合、当日券の販売はありません。
発券期限：コンビニ決済・発券の方は、必ず公演前日までにお手続きをお済ませください。

A.01自然文化園の入園料は花火チケット料金に含まれております。入園口にて花火チケットのご提示をお願いします。
- Q.02中止の場合、チケットの払い戻しはありますか？

A.02中止の場合は払い戻しいたしますが、開演後の途中中止の場合の払い戻しはありません。払い戻し方法は公式HP・各プレイガイドHPにてご確認ください。
- Q.03指定席はどのようになっていますか？

A.03ダイナミックシート・パノラマシートはパイプ椅子をご用意しております。指定された座席でご鑑賞ください。政府や自治体等の発表内容により、収容人数・座席配置が変更となる場合があります。

- Q.05チケットを忘れた場合、再発行できますか？

A.05チケットは金券同様の扱いのため、紛失・盗難等いかなる場合も再発行いたしません。公演日まで保管にご注意ください。

A.08チケットは早割先行予約・プレリザーブの順に販売受付を行います。7月11日(土)より先行予約受付を開始。プレリザーブ受付を7月28日(火)より開始。その後、一般販売となります。

A.10未就学児（小学校入学前）は、大人1名につき1名まで、膝の上で無料観覧いただけます。お席で観覧させたい場合は別途 座席チケットが必要です。なお、3歳以下のお子様がお一人で座席をご利用いただくことは、安全のためご遠慮いただいております。

A.01花火会場へはチケットが必要です。万博記念公園は通常の開園時間後に花火を開催するため、入園のみでの観覧はできません。

A.02万博記念公園内の「東の広場」が観覧会場です。
- Q.03雨天の場合、花火は中止ですか？

A.03雨天の場合でも、関係機関の指導により風速10メートル以上でなければ打ち上げます。また、風速10メートル以下でも、打上が危険と判断されれば中止となります。雨天開催の場合、周りのお客様のご迷惑になるため傘の使用はご遠慮いただきます。レインコートなどをご用意ください。（順延はありません。）

A.02Yes, if the event is canceled. However, no refund is given if it is stopped after it has started. Refund details will be posted on the official and ticket-agency websites.

A.03Dynamic and Panorama seats are folding chairs. Please use your assigned seat. Capacity and seating may change depending on government or authority announcements.

A.05Tickets are treated like cash and cannot be reissued for loss or theft. Please keep them safe until the event.

A.01A ticket is required. The fireworks take place after regular park hours, so garden admission alone does not allow viewing.
- Q.02Where is the viewing area?

A.02The viewing venue is “Higashi-no-Hiroba (East Plaza)” in Expo ’70 Commemorative Park.
- Q.03Will the event be canceled if it rains?

A.03Even in rain, the show goes on unless wind exceeds 10 m/s per authorities’ guidance. It is canceled if deemed dangerous. Umbrellas are not allowed; please use a raincoat. (No postponement.)

A.04If canceled, the decision will be announced on the official website after 10:00 on the day.
